Partners In Fun
Its been almost 10 years since The Murray brothers and Mac Haskell became Partners in Fun — that’s when comedian Bill Murray and his five brothers – actors Brian, Joel, John and businessmen Andy and Ed, along with Mac opened Murray Bros. Caddyshack at World Golf Village in St. Augustine, FL. Designed to look and feel like a country club gone awry, the restaurant combines the brothers’ sense of irreverence with their love of golf.
The name, Murray Bros. Caddyshack, stems back to the brothers’ teenage years, when all of them worked as caddies and in several other golf-related jobs to pay their way through school. That experience inspired brother Brian (who wrote for Saturday Night Live) to co-write the movie Caddyshack, which brother Bill describes as “the gripping tale of the Murray brothers’ first experiments with employment.”
We hope you enjoy all the fun t-shirts, hats, gopher and golf gear that we have developed over the years…they are all here online as well as in “The Shed” at the restaurant. Come and visit some time, but until then, enjoy our online store.
